Shipping is calculated automatically for you at the time of checkout. All orders over $100 will ship free.

At this time we are shipping within the US (Alaska and Hawaii please contact before purchasing for shipping charges). If you are wanting an item to be shipped internationally please contact us beforehand to work out shipping prices for you.

Because most of the items that we have to offer you in the store are unique and handmade, the shipping time on most of the items in our store is 2-4 weeks. Some items may be shipped out before hand but to ensure that our customers are satisfied we ask that you allow up to this amount of time. If you need the item before hand please contact us and we can let you know when it would be shipped out. Custom made bedding is made at the time of purchase and takes 4-6 weeks to be shipped out.

If you need an item to be rush delivered please contact us before placing the order so that we can make sure we can meet your expectations.

Delivery Times TOP
Delivery times vary from product to product. We will make every effort to expedite your order, however we work with many artisans and manufacturers therefore shipping schedules may vary. Should the item be ready before the time allotted it will be shipped out to you.

new arrivals inc bedding (4-6 weeks + shipping time)
stroller covers and car seat covers (2-4 weeks + shipping time)
character and bling tutu outfits (4-6 weeks + shipping time)
tutus, tutu outfits and pettiskirts (2-4 weeks + shipping time)
Please contact us if you have questions regarding the shipping time of an item, a rush fee may be added if you need it beforehand!

PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Shabby Bebe accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to charge on the above credit cards.

Returns and Cancellations TOP

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item*. No items will be accepted after 14 days. Shabby Bebe is not responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. The order will be refunded back to you, unless the order was already shipped and processed.

*Undeliverable shipments, refused deliveries, and unauthorized returns will be charged for the original shipping fee plus a 25% handling fee.
*For free shipping offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
*Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*Hand painted, personalized, or custom designed products, such as custom made bedding, some growth charts, tutus, and pettiskirts cannot be returned.
*Some items coloring may differ from the images

Price Protection TOP
At Shabby bebe we are as proud of our products as our prices. If you find an item for a lower price on another online store, we will gladly match that price. The items must be exactly alike, in stock, and the shipping method must be the same. This offer does not include items that are marked down, or on sale. We reserve the right to deny the offer.

Back Orders TOP
If you receive notice that an item or items are back ordered you can choose to cancel the order and be refunded within 7 days of notification that the item is back ordered.

Product Submissions TOP

We are currently accepting product submissions for products that you think would be a good fit for our boutique.
